Eva Martinez

There are places that are visited and places that are discovered.

 I'm Eva Martínez, a licensed local tourist guide for the Valencian Community and a graduate in Tourism. For years I've been accompanying travelers who want to discover Valencia and its surroundings in a more personal, intimate, and authentic way.

I am passionate about history, heritage, gastronomy, traditions and all those little stories that help to understand why a place is the way it is.

 I especially enjoy creating routes that go beyond the usual tourist trails: understanding floods, immersing ourselves in the manual ringing of bells, discovering the Valencian orchard, exploring an orange grove, getting to know less-traveled towns and corners, or addressing episodes of Valencia's recent history from another perspective.

Every group is different, and every visit should be too. That's why I adapt the tours to the pace, interests, and needs of the people who accompany us.

Nicole Pardo

My name is Nicole, and I am an Official Tourist Guide for the Valencian Community. My profession and passion is accompanying visitors to discover the legacy of our ancient history, our festivals and traditions, our architecture, our local products, and the landscape that surrounds us. That's why I offer guided tours of our heritage for all types of groups in Spanish, Valencian, German, English, and Italian.

Even as a child, I would cross Valencia from one end to the other every morning to get to school. My favorite part was exploring new streets in the historic neighborhoods of El Carmen and La Xerea. Some days I was even late for school because I got lost in the hustle and bustle of the Central Market and completely lost track of time. Furthermore, growing up in a multilingual family environment, where speaking Spanish, Valencian, and German was second nature, along with my passion for music, which introduced me to other languages like English and Italian, made me an incurable traveler.

After studying Anglo-Germanic and Italian Languages and Culture and Translation, I spent a few years living in different European cities, observing and learning, until I returned to Valencia, where I have dedicated myself professionally to teaching, translation, the management of cultural events and tourist visits.

I love designing tailor-made experiences to suit each person or group visiting the Valencian Community: from tours to discover Valencia's most monumental architecture, gardens, and museums, to wine tastings in our region's wineries, as well as bike rides or excursions to our most beautiful villages. This allows me to share with our visitors the magic that this "terreta" of ours has always made me feel.

We don't believe in closed routes that work the same for everyone.

Some people arrive in Valencia for the first time and want to see its must-see sights. Others already know the city and are looking to discover something different. Some travelers are interested in history, architecture, gastronomy, nature, traditions, or simply in experiencing the destination at a relaxed pace.
